Today's edition of The Sun featured a great article on building your own Turkish Property.
 
British couple David and Rosemary Nigbur bought a plot of land in Uzumlu and built their own 3 bedroom Turkish Villa.
 
With an initial investment of £113,000 they created their own place in the sun and within 2 weeks of completion had their dream Turkish property valued at £140,000.
 
The couple are delighted with their villa, enjoying the warm winter sun and yet being only an hour's drive from the Saklikent Ski Resort.
