Oceanwide Properties and Oceanwide Properties News would first like to thank all our readers, vendors, investors and friends for their continued support throughout 2014. The past year was a good year for us. It saw a healthy increase the number of visitors to both our main websitewww.oceanwideproperties.co.uk, and also our old blog site. Visitors lead to enquiries, enquiries to inspection trips and then to sales. 2014 now ends with our figures up, Suleyman happy, our team motivated, and a whole host of new plans to help make sure we have an even better 2015!
A new team in place
2014 saw some changes in our Fethiye office. We now have a new bi-lingual (Turkish / English) administration, sales and marketing team in place. Our normal working hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm Turkey time, 7am to 4pm UK time, although we can be reached at anytime by phone if necessary, see our contact details for numbers and contact information.
We are attending all 3 main 2015 A Place In The Sun Exhibitions in the UK
In 2014 we had stands at two A Place In The Sun Exhibitions and received a great response, so much so that 2015 sees us attending all three! The main exhibitions are to be held in Manchester Central in March, London Olympia in May, and the NEC Birmingham in October. Our stand is always popular and we feature the majority of our exclusive Turkish properties plus some new build developer options. The stand is attended by staff from both our UK and Turkish offices and Suleyman Akbay, Oceanwide Properties MD, is always on hand to meet prospective clients, vendors and visitors that may drop in. Our new look Fethiye News and Property Blog website
Oceanwide Properties has run a blog site in support of our main Turkey property website since 2012. We have been really pleased with it’s performance but were aware that the site began to look dated and could do with a face lift. This is now complete and you are now viewing our new look Fethiye News andOceanwide Properties Blog website. We are hoping it will become far more than a regular Turkey property blog in 2015. We want to keep all our readers engaged with regular weekly national and local news articles, ex-patriot advice, Turkish lifestyle items as well as info on the Turkish property market and real estate investment. Have a read through our articles, sign up and comment on the posts and please let us know if their is anything you would like us to include in the future.
