Increased flights between UK and Turkey

Turkish Airlines (THY) has added an Istanbul-Edinburgh flight to its network, flying four times a week between Ataturk and Edinburgh International airports.

Istanbul is growing increasingly hot in the property stakes right now, with property values already being bumped up by local demand for new housing, hotels, retail and office spaces and government incentive schemes attracting leading global corporations to set up in the city. There is also of course, the much anticipated announcement on September 7 next year on whether Turkey will win its bid to host the 2020 Olympics.

With new flight additions increasingly easing access to Turkey and brand new properties coming to market in prime locations with starting prices as little as £34,000 – investors are well advised to seek out their spot now.

THY’s Istanbul-Edinburgh service launches with introductory fares from 129 euros. The airline has existing services to London, Manchester and Birmingham.
