This isn’t just handy for when it comes to settling on how much you’re going to charge guests for staying in your Turkey property, but also to find out the type of facilities guests expect these days and whether you can make your holiday home even more appealing than the competition by offering something extra eg making sure to order fresh flowers prior to their arrival, leaving little chocolates on the bedside cabinet or a good bottle of Turkish wine to welcome them?
The extra thought gone into this type of unexpected gift can lead to lots of goodwill and the type of thing guests will mention when writing a review of your Turkish holiday rental property. And, in fact, a good way to find out what holiday home rental guests are looking for in a property is to check out websites such as TripAdvisor and other property forums.
