Merry Christmas from all at Oceanwide Properties

christmas-card-2015

Oceanwide Properties and Oceanwide Properties News would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a healthy and happy 2016.

Here at Oceanwide we love the Christmas holidays as it gives us the chance to say thank-you to our clients, readers, friends and colleagues for the support we have received over the past twelve months.

2015 has been an interesting year for Oceanwide Properties.

2015 started with a real bang. We launched our new blog, Oceanwide Properties News. So far it has proved very successful with readership numbers climbing on a daily basis and posts now reaching an average of 30,000 people per month. February brought a little romance to the office with Suleyman marrying the lovely Selda Korhan. Selda has since gone on to play a major role managing the office and day to day running of the business. Oceanwide Properties also attended three major A Place in the Sun exhibitions. All proved highly successful despite Turkeys turbulent political situation between June and November. Late summer saw the start of an Oceanwide Properties re-brand. A lovely new logo was chosen with the help of friends and clients. Our bright new image now appearing on our corporate literature and marketing activities.

Suleyman Akbay,

“This year Oceanwide Properties took on and sold many fantastic properties. This was largely due to a proactive approach, significant increase in vendors and clients, and upped marketing efforts. 2015 proved challenging for much of the Turkish real estate industry, especially outside Istanbul. Threats of terrorism, the Syrian refugee crisis, a deteriorating economy, and political uncertainty made many think twice about property investment in Turkey. A number of agents unable to adapt to the changing market suffered considerably as a result. Luckily our head-on approach served us well. It brought with it a new wave of foreign and Turkish clients alongside our traditional European property seekers. I would just like to thank all those that have supported Oceanwide Properties during 2015 and wish everyone a healthy, prosperous and happy festive break and 2016”
