Here at Oceanwide Properties we’re delighted to announce that we’ll be taking part in the UK’s biggest overseas property exhibition in London’s Olympia Exhibition Arena next month – A Place in the Sun Live.
The annual highly-awaited event attracts thousands of would-be overseas buyers looking for property in Turkey and elsewhere either as a wise investment or a retiral dream (or both). The Oceanwide Properties platform – manned by our director Suleyman Akbay – will be there at the exhibition on all three days from Friday 28 to Sunday 30, March. And as such, we would be delighted to meet anyone either from the UK or further afield who is keen on buying or selling a property in Turkey.
Secure an Appointment to See our Turkish Portfolio
You can make an appointment now (via email or telephone) to come and discuss the process of securing a Turkey property for investment purposes with us at the exhibition. Alternatively just turn up on the day and we’ll happily take time out to chat about the country and the property buying process, or the best way to market your current Turkish villa or apartment – whatever your reason for dropping by, you will find us at stand B53.
Our Own Expansion in Turkey
Last year the A Place in the Sun Live exhibition resulted in a number of enquiries for both our Turkey and London office we’re delighted to say, and we’re of the opinion that this year will be no different. In fact, since our last appearance at the exhibition we’ve actually expanded our remit here at Oceanwide Properties having made the move into property marketing and buying in Turkey’s largest and most popular city Istanbul, the coastal region of Antalya and beautiful Side.
The actual exhibition next month – which will be showcasing properties and information from more than 150 developers and property agents – will also be hosting representation from estate agents in Europe (France, Spain and Italy) as well as further afield such as Florida and South America. Properties at the exhibition are expected to range from £20,000 to £2 million. But it’s not all about visiting the different platforms to see what’s on offer.
Free Seminars and Expert Panel Q & A Sessions
Visitors to Olympia in March can also look forward to a number of free seminars from the TV programme’s presenters – Amanda Lamb, Laura Hamilton, Jonnie Irwin and Jasmine Harman. There will also be a panel of industry experts the audience can put questions to, including Peter Robinson from the Association on International Property Professionals (a UK-based body with agents and developers adhering to a strict code of conduct in their property dealings with buyers). Questions are expected to cover legal advice, currency, buying processes and cultural issues.
You can buy tickets for the A Place in the Sun exhibition on the official website. Don’t take too long though because, if it was anything like last year, they’re going to go pretty quickly.
