An ideal holiday property. This fully air-conditioned apartment is set on 2 levels ground and basement floors.

You enter this modern spacious apartment directly into an open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen. The lounge is furnished with a sofa bed and has 1 large sea/beach & garden facing balcony. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for self-catering. On the entrance floor you also have bedroom number 1 which has a double sofa bed, there is also shower room/wc on this floor.

In the basement is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The 3rd fully furnished bedroom has 2 single beds, you also have access to the complex gardens from this floor. Linen and towels are included but not beach towels.

On site pool open mid-April until the end of October.

Calis beach is a shingle beach. It is quiet with a good selection of waterfront bars, cafés and restaurants.

A water sport centre is close by and you can hire or have instruction with windsurfing, kite-surfing and sailing. Oludeniz Blue Lagoon, is a 20min drive away. Oludeniz is an international centre for paragliding.

The climate varies from over 30C mid summer to 16C in winter.

Without a doubt this is one of the most beautiful areas in the world to unwind. From the Taurus Mountains to the beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, surrounded by stunning scenery and numerous places full of history and culture.

The nearest airport is at Dalaman international, which is approx 45 mins to the resort. Transfers cost from £70 GBP return for 1-3 people and from £80 return for 4+ people. Transfer fees are payable in any currency to our representative at the resort but full instructions will be provided when you are booking.

On arrival there is a cash charge of £35 GBP for departure cleaning.
