Sam Established Oceanwide Properties in 2005 in London, our 2nd office opened in Fethiye, Turkey in 2009. As C.E.O of the company he heads up both teams, often travelling between the two. As a father and now grandfather Sam is still very passionate about the real estate market.
Hulya Akbay.
Hulya Came into the family business in 2009 and is the head of the Turkey office and a major force behind our property sales. Hulya herself lives in the Mediterranean coastal town of Fethiye, travelling to the UK to support the London office whenever possible.
